Three tales of monsters. In the first,
Jack matches wits with a tricky two-headed worm. In the second, Jack
shares a meal with an eerie band of vagrants. In the last, Jack
attempts to liberate a wish-granting fairy from a ferocious
gargoyle.

The question
"What is you favorite color?" and Jack's hasty incorrect
response are references to the Bridge of Death scene from
Monty Python and the Holy Grail
Incidentally, red, Jack's favorite color is
prominently featured in this episode
The worm's final question is a take on Raymond Smullyan's
"Knights and Knaves" logic puzzle |

Jeremy's Review |
|
The short stories are
amusing for the most part, featuring a running theme of deception.
Though brief, the second segment is surprisingly creepy.
Unfortunately,
the episode as a whole is somewhat lacking, playing like a series of
disjointed incomplete plot threads. C
